Starting with scrap yarn, work to a spot on cylinder where you will begin all color changes.  Attach green--knit six rounds; move every other stitch over to form picot edge; knit six rounds; rehang hem; knit two rounds.

Attach white--knit six rounds; move every other stitch over to form picot edge; knit six rounds; rehang hem; knit two rounds.

Attach red--knit six rounds; move every other stitch over to form picot edge; knit six rounds; rehang hem; knit 8 rows; knit off on scrap yarn.
